Hello Albany Park families. My name is Andrea Gonzalez and I am the new vice principal at Albany Park. I am excited to be part of this great school, and I look forward to meeting all of our families. Prior to being part of Albany Park, I was a 6th grade teacher at Terrace Elementary. 

I grew up in Delano, but currently reside in Bakersfield. My husband and I have 3 daughters. One started TK at Nueva Vista Language Academy this school year, the other 2 are twins and are 1.5 years old. 

This school year, I would like to focus on the Albany Park “Be’s”. We want all students to: be safe, be responsible, be respectful, and be kind. We want this school to feel like a safe place for all students every single day. I look forward to working with students and families from Albany Park and I know we are going to have a great year.
