As an educator, Efrain served the Community of Delano for 37 years at the high school level.  He is proud that his two daughters and son received their early education at the elementary schools.  As a Board member, Efrain is working hard to ensure that the children in Delano receive the best education they deserve in the classroom and provide opportunities to participate in extra-curricular activities.  Giving back to the community, as a member of the elementary school Board, Efrain is more than ready to work with parents, teachers, and staff to make the schools “the pride of the community.”
